Initial condition
The incident left debris and broken glass across the site, with damaged roof tiles and a coaxial cable requiring repair.
SCE Corp restored the outdoor areas of a North Richmond property after an incident, completing debris and broken-glass removal, roof-tile repairs, cable rerouting, soil replacement and new turf. Drainage and retaining-wall interfaces were coordinated with the final landscape levels.
The works brought together make-safe clean-up, building repairs and landscape reinstatement in one coordinated programme.
SCE cleared the debris and broken glass, removed the damaged topsoil and disposed of the affected material. A new soil layer was then placed and levelled before the turf was installed.
