Executive Director
Nick brings more than 50 years of construction-business experience to Sydney Contracting Engineers (SCE Corp). From establishing his own construction company in Iran to managing painting services in Australia, his career forms an enduring part of the Manesh family’s construction background. He has been with SCE since its inception.
A lifetime in construction business
Nick established his own construction company in Iran in his mid-twenties. His business history includes Nik Sazan, Gach Pooshan and Pars Saghf, followed by the management of World of Colour Painting Services in Australia from 1998.
That history spans more than five decades of construction-business experience as of 2026. It brings together the perspective of a business owner, experience managing construction-related companies and a long-standing connection with the practical work of the industry.
As Executive Director of SCE, Nick is part of the company’s leadership and has been involved since the business began in 2016. His experience contributes to a company that brings construction, engineering and operational knowledge together across building, remedial and civil works.

Nick began running his own construction company in his mid-twenties. His earlier business entities included Nik Sazan, Gach Pooshan and Pars Saghf, establishing the construction-business background on which his later career developed.

Nick managed World of Colour Painting Services from 1998. His professional background includes commercial, residential and industrial painting, adding Australian construction-finishing experience to his earlier business history.

Nick has been with Sydney Contracting Engineers from the beginning. As Executive Director, he brings his long experience in construction-business ownership and management to SCE’s leadership team.
The family’s construction foundation
Nick is the father of SCE Managing Director Frank MANESH. Frank began his construction career at the age of 13 in Nick’s company in Iran, gaining early exposure to the industry through the family business.
That connection is an important part of SCE’s story. Nick’s decades of business experience and Frank’s subsequent engineering, construction-management and major-project career bring different perspectives to the company’s leadership.
Today, SCE’s team combines engineering qualifications, construction experience and business management across its services, with Nick contributing the perspective of a construction-business owner whose career spans Iran and Australia.
