Our commercial remodelling team was engaged in a dynamic transformation journey with the Training Centre project situated in North Beaches, NSW. This endeavour entailed the conversion of a former office and warehouse into a cutting-edge gym facility. The project’s overarching goal was to breathe new life into the space, aligning it with the evolving demands of the organisation while creating an ideal learning environment. The scope encompassed a diverse spectrum of construction activities, starting with the removal of existing walls to pave the way for the gym’s reconfiguration. The construction of new walls followed, harmonising with the redesigned layout.
Critical aspects such as electrical work and the installation of air conditioning systems were addressed with precision to ensure optimal functionality. The integration of cutting-edge training appliances further underscored the facility’s modernisation, enhancing its educational offerings. The selection and installation of appropriate flooring materials completed the holistic transformation, guaranteeing both durability and aesthetics.
