Initial condition
The before photograph shows an ageing timber fence beside the property before the replacement work.
SCE Corp replaced the timber boundary fence at a Yennora property with a new grey screen fence. The work included demolition, tree removal and site clearance, rocky-ground excavation, galvanised posts, concrete footings and installation.
SCE managed the work from removal of the old fence through to the completed boundary, bringing together clearance, ground work, concrete and fencing installation.
The existing fence was demolished and the site cleared, including tree removal and disposal of removed materials. SCE then excavated the post locations in rocky soil, installed galvanised metal posts and concrete supports, and completed the screen fencing.

Tree removal and site clearance are listed before the new fence line and post positions were established.
SCE excavated the rocky ground, installed galvanised posts and completed concrete around the new supports.
The coloured screen fence was installed to complete the renewed boundary.
Rocky-ground excavation, galvanised posts and concrete supports formed the base for the new boundary fencing.
SCE sequenced the ground work and installation so the new fencing could be completed along the existing side access.
The retained page-specific image shows the former timber fence and the completed grey screen-fence installation from the same side access area.
The comparison shows the change from the ageing timber fence to the completed grey screen fence.
