SCE’s Emu Heights bridge reconstruction combined earthworks, foundations, groundwater management, reinforced concrete and box culverts. Frank MANESH’s earlier Epping–Thornleigh experience adds large-diameter drainage, utility relocation and rail-corridor interfaces to the expertise he applies through SCE today.

Emu Heights: groundworks to completed crossing
SCE’s bridge reconstruction included temporary access and groundwater management, screw-pile foundations, bulk excavation, reinforced base slabs and aprons, twin box culverts, wing walls and backfilled approaches. Each stage needed to connect with the foundation, structural and access requirements of the next.
Epping–Thornleigh: drainage and utility interfaces
Frank MANESH brings earlier civil project experience involving 300–1350 mm stormwater pipelines, precast and cast-in-situ pits, a HumeCeptor unit, electrical conduits, utility relocation, under-line crossings and reinstatement. This experience informs the civil work he leads through SCE.
