Sydney Contracting Engineers (SCE Corp) reviews suitable bulk excavation packages for civil, commercial, infrastructure and site-development projects across Sydney and selected NSW regions.

SCE's construction role may include staged excavation, loading, spoil coordination and formation preparation where documented in the accepted scope. Surveying, design, material classification, certification, statutory approvals and authority decisions remain with the appropriately appointed parties.

Bulk Excavation Scope and Site Controls

Bulk excavation generally addresses larger-volume cut, removal, filling or formation work. Before confirming project fit, SCE reviews the available drawings, survey and level information, geotechnical or contamination records, known services, site access, staging, spoil requirements and nominated hold points.

The accepted package may be coordinated with the client's surveyor, geotechnical consultant, designers, certifier, environmental consultant, service owners and other project stakeholders. SCE does not assume their design, certification, classification or approval functions.

  1. Review the information: assess the site, drawings, levels, reports, services, quantities and proposed programme.
