Managing Director Frank MANESH brings experience in inspections, defect assessment, remedial solutions, structural modifications and temporary works. Operations Director Farshid MANESH brings estimating, procurement, programme and site-management experience to turn agreed technical requirements into coordinated construction.

As principal contractor, SCE rectified extensive concrete cancer and renovated the whole Toronto property. The work combined engineered structural alterations, roof and exterior upgrades, premium internal finishes, a spa and landscaped outdoor living areas. Practical completion was achieved on 28 July 2025.

Observed masonry-pier movement led to controlled investigation, temporary support, permanent structural repairs, replacement of a broken sewer line and reinstatement during the December 2025 school holidays.
