SCE Corp renovated the entire Toronto property, combining major structural alterations with a complete luxury renovation. The work transformed the home inside and out, from its roof and windows to new kitchens, bathrooms, a premium staircase and outdoor living areas with a spa.
As principal contractor, SCE brought the structural work, building upgrades and premium finishes together across the whole property. Two old stairwells were removed and one new premium staircase was built. Load-bearing walls were altered following the engineer’s design, alongside a roof overhaul, fire and acoustic upgrades, and the renewal of internal and external spaces.
The whole property was renovated. The scope combined structural reconfiguration, roof and exterior works, new internal spaces, premium finishes and landscaped outdoor living areas.

SCE coordinated the removal of the old stairwells, the new staircase and the load-bearing wall alterations. Temporary support and shoring were established before affected structural elements were altered, with the structural work following the engineer’s design.
The renovation brought together the roof and exterior upgrades, fire and acoustic work, new kitchens and bathrooms, premium flooring, fireplaces, landscaping and spa. SCE managed construction across these connected parts of the project.
Practical completion was achieved on 28 July 2025. The completed project combined a reconfigured home, renewed internal spaces and upgraded outdoor living areas, with the recorded defects rectified within the contract.
