SCE delivered the complete Toronto property renovation as principal contractor, rectifying extensive concrete cancer alongside engineer-designed load-bearing wall alterations, removal of two old stairwells and construction of a new premium staircase. The scope also included a roof overhaul, upper-level aluminium cladding, double-glazed windows, and fire and acoustic upgrades throughout the property.
New kitchens and bathrooms, fireplaces, tiling, quality timber flooring, carpet, landscaping, a spa and an alfresco area completed the transformation. Practical completion was achieved on 28 July 2025.
