A delivery-focused coordination role
Good construction documentation must respond to the actual asset, access, programme, approvals pathway and interfaces between trades. SCE Corp reviews those delivery conditions early, organises the information required from the relevant disciplines and keeps design decisions connected to the construction scope.
SCE is a licensed building and civil contractor with NSW Design and Building Practitioner registration. Where a project requires architectural, engineering, certification or other regulated design services, the responsible work is undertaken by appropriately qualified and registered practitioners whose appointments and deliverables are confirmed for that project.
Our role is to contribute construction knowledge, coordinate interfaces, identify buildability constraints and maintain a clear path from available evidence to approved documents, site execution and handover.

SCE’s construction and coordination input helps make the delivery pathway practical and traceable. It does not replace the statutory duties, professional judgment or certifications of an architect, engineer, certifier, registered design practitioner or other appointed specialist.
