Introducing Sahar Manesh, our skilled  Technical Design and Account Manager. With a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Sahar’s passion for architecture, design and engineering shines. Her engineering studies cultivated an appreciation for numbers and economy. As Accounts Manager, Sahar safeguards financial accuracy, compliance and transparency across SCE Corp’s projects. She manages progress claims, subcontractor payments, variations and retention tracking so project cashflow remains stable and auditable. Working closely with site and commercial teams, she aligns claim substantiation with ITPs, defect close out and milestones, ensuring evidence is complete before submission. In parallel, her Technical Design Sydney responsibilities include coordinating drawing registers, ensuring the latest revisions are issued to site and checking that technical submittals match specification, NCC and client requirements. Within the SCE Corp Team, Sahar helps embed ISO 9001 processes—document control, versioning and approvals—so records for cladding compliance, waterproofing warranties and commissioning certificates are captured at the right time and stored correctly. Her steady, detail driven execution reduces rework, strengthens client confidence and speeds practical completion and final account.
Beyond finance and documentation, the Accounts Manager role supports forecasting and cost to complete analysis so project leaders can act early on risk. For Technical Design Sydney, Sahar coordinates requests for information (RFIs), samples and mock ups particularly around façade systems, finishes and joinery—linking design intent to constructability and program. She helps refine procurement schedules, ensuring critical path items are ordered with lead time buffers. Across the SCE Corp Team, Sahar prioritises stakeholder communication and courteous service—whether engaging suppliers, responding to client queries or assisting site staff with documentation needs. Her combined commercial and technical perspective enhances governance, keeps audits clean and ultimately contributes to SCE’s reputation for professional, reliable delivery across residential renovations, strata remedial projects, office remodelling and public sector works.
