Accounts and Design Manager
Sahar brings architectural engineering qualifications and more than 18 years of industry experience to the commercial and technical administration of construction. At Sydney Contracting Engineers (SCE Corp), she connects accounts, commercial records and design information from planning through to project delivery.

Technical knowledge and commercial experience
Sahar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Architectural Engineering) from Qazvin Azad University in Iran. Her professional background combines architectural engineering and design coordination with accounts management and commercial administration, giving her a broad understanding of the information that construction teams need.
She joined SCE in February 2019 and has more than 18 years of industry experience as of 2026. Her earlier career in a family construction business included progression into business leadership, providing practical context for her work across project accounts, technical documents and commercial records.
As Accounts and Design Manager, Sahar coordinates information among company management, office teams, consultants and project personnel. She brings commercial awareness, technical knowledge and attention to detail to the flow of financial and design information throughout the project lifecycle.
