Completed strata project · Lane Cove North, NSW
SCE Corp delivered scaffolded access, controlled removal of a decommissioned elevated footbridge, removal from site and make-good and render repairs at the former building connection areas.
Project overview
The project involved a decommissioned footbridge adjoining an occupied residential property. The work required planned access, separation of the demolition activity from surrounding areas, controlled dismantling and careful management of the former building interfaces.
SCE’s construction scope was completed using temporary scaffold access. Removed materials were taken from site, and the former connection areas were made good with render repairs. The exact property address and client identity are withheld.
SCE managed the demolition sequence, scaffold access, removal logistics and reinstatement of the former bridge connections within the existing strata property.
