Structural repairs and brick stitching in Balgowlah

SCE delivered structural repairs at a Balgowlah property for Maincom, combining brick stitching with cement rendering, painting and gate repairs.

The works addressed the masonry and adjoining entrance elements as one repair package. The photographs show the wall and gate before the works and the repaired entrance afterwards.

The complete project scope

The scope covered structural work, masonry finishes and the property’s gate.

Brick stitching and structural repair

SCE undertook brick stitching and structural repair. The before photograph records the brickwork at the wall and gate pier, while the after views show the repaired entrance area.

Cement rendering and painting

Cement rendering and painting formed part of the project. The photographs show the finished rendered surfaces alongside the retained brickwork and gate.

Gate repair

The assignment also included repair of the decorative metal gate. The before-and-after sequence records the gate and its relationship to the adjoining wall and piers.

Structural work with coordinated finishing repairs

The Balgowlah project combined brick stitching and structural repair with rendering, painting and gate repair for Maincom. It demonstrates SCE’s ability to address the underlying repair work and the associated building finishes within one scope.
