The repair package combined replacement of the building’s rainwater goods with renewal of the eaves linings and their painted finish. Traffic control formed part of the delivery scope.

Overcoming extremely difficult access
Reaching the gutters and eaves was the project’s main challenge. The building could only be accessed for these works using a knuckle boom. SCE used this articulated elevated platform to reach the upper-level repair areas.
