Heritage property repairs in Centennial Park

SCE completed a building repair package for CGU Insurance at a heritage-listed property in Centennial Park, NSW. The work included replacement of broken glass and damaged shingle roof tiles, plastering, painting and rubbish removal.

The complete project scope

The project covered all of the following repair and finishing works.

Broken glass replacement

SCE replaced broken glass at the property. The photographs show damaged panes and glazing details, together with the access platform used during work beneath the glazed roof.

Shingle roof tile replacement

The roofing scope included replacement of damaged shingle roof tiles. This was a targeted repair component of the broader property works.

Plastering and painting

SCE undertook plastering and painting as part of the repair package, addressing the building finishes alongside the glazing and roof works.

Rubbish removal

Rubbish removal formed part of the project scope, covering removal of waste associated with the works.
