Clear responsibility boundary
This page covers potential flexible-pavement construction and coordination packages. It does not present SCE as the pavement designer, geotechnical adviser, traffic engineer, surveyor, laboratory, certifier, approval authority or asset-acceptance authority.
Pavement composition, material specifications, design life, traffic loading, subgrade treatment, drainage design, compaction criteria, testing frequencies, hold points, line-marking design and acceptance requirements remain with the client and their appointed responsible parties.
