Project Context and Responsibility Boundaries
SCE Corp was engaged as the construct-only remediation contractor. SCE delivered the contracted building work against the issued design documentation and maintained contractor-side construction, quality and close-out records.
The Principal procured the regulated designs and design compliance declarations. Design and façade engineering, Superintendent certification and independent assurance remained separate professional functions.
