It may be possible where the facility and project team approve suitable staging, work zones, temporary routes, emergency access, noise and dust controls, services arrangements and communication procedures. Some activities may require temporary closures or restricted access.

The required close-out package should be agreed before work starts. Depending on the scope, it may include photographs, inspection records, product information, consultant documents, warranties where applicable, variation records, outstanding items and maintenance information.
