Check the first room before repeating the details
Where an upgrade repeats across several rooms, an agreed first-room review can expose details that drawings or product schedules alone do not resolve. Check finish junctions, door operation, fitting positions, services connections and cleaning access with the responsible facility and design representatives before repeating the installation.
Record accepted details and any changes, then update the room schedule and procurement information. Similar-looking rooms may still have different dimensions, substrates, plumbing routes or previous alterations; identify those exceptions rather than applying one detail everywhere.
For each room, distinguish construction completion from readiness for the operator’s use.
