Sydney Contracting Engineers (SCE Corp) assesses commercially suitable industrial subdivision civil-work packages for developers, asset managers, principal contractors and public-sector clients across Sydney and selected NSW regions.

SCE's role may include construction delivery and coordination of earthworks, stormwater, pavements and service interfaces where included in the accepted scope. Planning, surveying, design, certification, statutory applications and approval decisions remain with the appropriately appointed consultants, registered practitioners, certifiers, utility providers and authorities.

Industrial Subdivision Construction Delivery

Industrial subdivision projects can require coordinated construction across site preparation, bulk earthworks, stormwater, access roads, pavements and service corridors. SCE reviews the available drawings, specifications, authority requirements and site constraints before confirming whether a proposed package fits its delivery capability and commercial criteria.

The accepted construction scope is defined by the contract documents. Where coordination is included, SCE can work with the client's planner, surveyor, engineers, certifier, utility providers and other stakeholders without assuming their regulated, design or approval responsibilities.

Civil Works That May Form Part of an Industrial Subdivision

Inclusions depend on the issued documentation, site conditions, procurement model and accepted contract scope. A suitable package may involve some or all of the following work fronts.

  1. Initial review: confirm the site, proposed development, available documentation and commercial fit.
  2. Interface review: identify design, authority, utility, access and stakeholder dependencies relevant to construction.
  3. Scope definition: establish inclusions, exclusions, staging assumptions, hold points and required information.
  4. Construction delivery: manage the accepted work fronts under the agreed safety, environmental and quality controls.
  5. Closeout: complete the records, inspections and handover information required by the contract.
