The work must be planned around current project information, substrates, support systems, access, weatherproofing interfaces, penetrations, inspection points, occupied-building controls and documented handover requirements.
A reliable programme starts with the information and interfaces being sufficiently defined. The contractor should understand what is approved, what remains subject to design or consultant input, who owns each interface and what must be inspected before it is concealed.
