This guide explains practical planning and quality checks without replacing the approved design, manufacturer requirements or project-specific practitioner responsibilities.
The project team should confirm the scope, selected system, approved documents, actual building condition, access strategy and responsibility matrix before fabrication or installation proceeds.
Important: installing a particular panel does not automatically establish whole-of-facade or building compliance. Product selection, design, evidence, interfaces, installation and certification responsibilities must be verified for the project.
Unverified assumptions can lead to fabrication errors, water ingress, rework, programme delays or responsibility disputes. Latent conditions should be documented and resolved before they are concealed.
