LOCAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE
SCE is upgrading shared spaces in an occupied Artarmon building with 48 apartments. The 16 October 2026 progress update records completed window and entrance-door replacements, with lobby finishes, paving, letterboxes and access-system coordination still underway.
The project shows our common-area refurbishment service in practice, including resident notices, changing access routes and trade sequencing.
